BPS Riau Province and BPS Siak Regency Attended the Great Rice Harvest in Bunga Raya

Head of BPS Riau Province Asep Riyadi and Head of BPS Siak Regency Prayudho Bagus Jatmiko Acting also accompanied (Acting) Governor of Riau (Gubri), Rahman Hadi and Deputy Regent of Siak, Husni Merza in the rice harvest activity in Bunga Raya Village, Bunga Raya District, Siak Regency. Monday, (6/1/2025).

This harvest activity is an effort to accelerate rice planting to support National Food Self-Sufficiency. Based on the data obtained, over the last six years, Siak Regency has contributed 12 percent or 165,445 tonnes to rice production in Riau Province.

Appreciation and warm welcome from the Acting Governor was conveyed in this activity. "Thank you to the Regency Government, the Regent of Siak, the Commander of the Kodim and his staff, and the farmers for all their efforts to increase rice production in Riau Province," he said.
